From Ellen Silsby Heher, Cotuit:

Peter’s Pond Campground. What a PERFECT place for mom, dad, and my two granddaughters to spend a weekend or two or three during our Cape Cod Summer. A couple of years ago I joined them to swim in the pond for most of the day and then go back for their yummy cookout. This year, sadly, we were not able to go near the pond due to bacteria levels that were not conducive to swimming and fun. Let’s try to figure out this polluted dilemma, not only for my kids But for their kids and on and on.
